1. Service Cancellation
Customers can cancel a booking by contacting us before the technician is assigned or prior to the scheduled visit time.
No cancellation fee applies if cancelled before technician dispatch.
If cancelled after technician assignment or arrival, a visiting/inspection fee may be charged.
2. Inspection / Visiting Charges
In certain cases, our technician may inspect the appliance to identify the issue.
Inspection or visiting fees are non-refundable once the check-up is completed.
These charges cover the technician’s time, travel, and diagnosis.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
If payment is made but the service is not provided due to our cancellation
In case of accidental duplicate payment
If the service cannot be completed due to technical reasons after advance payment
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method, wherever possible.
4. Spare Parts and Repairs
Charges for spare parts are non-refundable once purchased or installed
No refunds are applicable after successful completion of repair work
